In this day and age people always want to know what you want, or what are you up too. I no longer do handshakes gave that up long time ago, I give hugs. Doesn’t matter if it’s a business meeting or if it’s a first time meeting, and defiantly love to hug when it’s a date. Not really sure if I’m into hugging babies though unless they did all there burping and stuff ahead of time  na not really I like babies too. The one thing I find that most of us forget is to hug yourself though while looking in your eyes, looking at your body and giving yourself a big loving hug for who you are now.
We tend to give everyone else a hug, our friends, family, everyone except ourselves, I mean after all aren’t we the most important one to give a hug to first. Hugging yourself first for who you are, that’s just like loving yourself for who you are. It’s so important to do. I like starting my day off with a big hug and just feel the love I have for me to me while I’m hugging myself. Sure I love it when I do get hugs from others as well. I mean after all I don’t get them that much here in NM, however anyone who comes across me finds out fast that I don’t shake someone’s hand, I give hugs. I’ve been into a few groups now and they have all seen and witness this wonderful thing, hugging is in, handshakes are out.
